Due to the volume of FAQ’s related to our animals please reach out to us directly. We can chat about them all day so welcome phone calls and messages to discuss any questions you may have.
It’s always best to be sun smart so bring a hat, sunscreen and sunglasses.
We ask all visitors to the farm wear enclosed shoes or gumboots, especially after rain.
Yes! Please bring drinking water.
Not currently, we recommend that you bring your own if needed.
Parking is limited but please follow the parking signs inside the gate.
Yes, there is a toilet onsite however regrettably we do not have an accessible restroom on site.
Yes there are. We are on 2 acres of land that is inhabited by a diverse range of wildlife. It is very unlikely that you will encounter a snake during your visit. As all tours are hosted, so you wont be alone if you do. Snakes don’t like being around people so it’s unlikely you would see one.
- No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, or in case of no-show.
- No cancellation fee applies for cancellations made 48 or more hours in advance.
- We’ll only cancel if it’s too wet or too hot to run your experience/tour. If the weather’s looking questionable we will be in contact with you to possibly reschedule.
For the safety of our animals and yours, no outside pets are allowed on the farm.
